Carlos is the Co-founder and General Partner of Monoceros Ventures, where he is fiercely committed to supporting visionary founders who are obsessed with their craft.

Prior to joining Monoceros, Carlos covered TMT & FIG at Portland Hill, a London based Hedge Fund with a deep fundamental, long-term approach to public equities. He holds a First-Class Honors degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London and an Advanced Diploma in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

As an Investment Analyst, Tuukka conducts in-depth fundamental research and performs due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Monoceros, Tuukka worked as a quantitative developer at a hedge fund. Before that, he helped build one of the top educational non-profits in Finland and was a visiting associate at BCG. He has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics & Economics from the University of Warwick and pursued studies in Computer Science at the University of Helsinki.

As an Investment Analyst, Max conducts in-depth fundamental research and performs due diligence on prospective investment opportunities. He leverages his technical background to support our research- heavy investment approach.

Max obtained a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge before joining Monoceros.
